Inner City Visions helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing challenges find the support they need.
Through street outreach, housing assistance, and connections to community resources, we help people find safe housing and build more stable futures.
City of Huntington Park – PLHA (Permanent Local Housing Allocation)
ICV partners with the City of Huntington Park through the PLHA program to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. The program provides street outreach, personalized support, and connections to housing and essential services.
- Homeless street outreach and community engagement
- Assist individuals find housing and navigate the placement process
- Connect clients with emergency shelters and transitional housing
- Provide individualized case management and support
- Assist with homelessness and eviction prevention
- Connect clients with mental health and substance use services
- Provide food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and other basic necessities
- Connect individuals with employment and workforce development opportunities
- Help clients access public benefits and community resources
- Coordinate with housing providers and service agencies
- Provide crisis support and immediate assistance
- Offer follow-up services to help individuals maintain stable housing
Care First, Community Investment (CFCI) – Amity Foundation
Through the Care First, Community Investment program, ICV helps individuals and families facing housing instability access housing assistance, essential services, and ongoing support. The program focuses on addressing immediate needs while helping participants work toward long-term stability.
- Assist with housing navigation and placement
- Provide individualized case management
- Respond to crises and provide immediate assistance
- Help meet emergency needs, including food, clothing, and other essentials
- Assist with homelessness and eviction prevention
- Connect participants with community resources and supportive services
- Provide follow-up support to help maintain stable housing
